This position is part of the company XXX IT Central Infrastructure Services function – within DataCenter Services Domain in charge of our Datacentres,
Current Datacentre services scope:
 Multiple outsourced Group Datacentres by different providers in Europe
 Microsoft and Linux systems mostly virtualized (VMWare/HyperV) – including SAP systems and group infrastructure services
 Group Central Datacenter and site Datacenter Central Services (remote management, backup and disaster recovery solution…)
To support our new DataCenter Strategy deployment, we are currently expanding our team and recruiting a DataCenter Services Expert.
Reporting to the Infrastructure DataCenter Manager, you will participate to build out, to maintain and to develop our DataCenter Services within an international team.

Key accountabilities:
Within the team, you’ll contribute to implement and to drive our DataCenter Strategy for our business.
Your tasks will include, without being limited to:

 Define and improve Data Center Standards for the Group,
 Manage site deployment and ensure that our standards are applied,
 Manage to Central and Site DataCenter Operation,
 Manage to Central and Site IT Project for the DataCenter infrastructure part,
 Manage our Disaster Recovery solution and ensure operational documentation and
testing is up to date,
 Ensure Data Center (incl. private/public cloud) security is at the right level,
 Be technical referent for DataCenter scope (network, security, storage, servers, backup
and DR solution, private / public cloud solution…),
 Be main point of contact for our infrastructure partners – for technical topics but also for
contract management,
 Be curious and ready to deploy future solution,
 Able to support critical operation out of office hours when required,
 Regular on duty period possible,
 Drive Root Cause analysis and Drive continuous improvement

Skills required:
 You have a Master or equivalent level in Computer Engineering, and have 4-8 years’ experience in DataCenter / Systems topics management within an international company.
 Ability to communicate in multi-cultural context, to share technical skills and
knowledge with others.
 Ability to perform high quality technical documentation and presentation.
 Strong innovation capacity and highly client oriented.
 Strong analytical skills and very good understanding of the overall IT Infrastructure.
 You are result oriented, curious, open-minded and you stay up to date on current
technologies.
 You have solid technical skills on the main Datacenter topics: OS management
(Windows / Linux), OS Tools management (backup, monitoring, scripting), security,
network, firewall, storage, hypervisor (VMWare and / or HyperV), … and their
architecture.
 You are comfortable to perform deep system analysis to support incident resolution.
 You are able to design transformation and to manage small to medium infrastructure
project.
 Time management and organizational skills.
 Multitasking skills and team working ability.
 IT services contract management skills.
 Capacity to manage efficiently incident and crisis management.
 IT passionate.
 As Central Infrastructure is an International Team and providing worldwide support,
English proficiency is mandatory (verbal and writing). French and German would be a
plus.
