The position contains responsibility for SAP HR demands throughout the whole Change Management Process from business requirement to Go Live of the corresponding IT solution.
You will have to be open to learn Germany employment legislation. There is an HR team in Germany which will be able to support.
SAP HR Request management
Documentation of SAP HR functional design with focus on German HR processes and data security issues
Responsible for SAP HR demand maturity in cooperation with IT and business departments
Review and acceptance of IT solution design
Design of demand specific test cases and execution, including defect management
Support SAP HR Incident Management from functional point of view
Minimum Bachelor degree in an area related to this position, German HR law or IT.
Knowledge of the HR processes
Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ICT business
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills in order to collect, understand and translate complex client requirements into IT demands
Experience and ease of working with MS Office product family and minimum one component of SAP ERP HCM
High competence in communicating with different departments, IT and business side, and in complicated or conflict situations
Personal initiative and enthusiasm to focus on completing tasks within challenging deadlines.
Flexibility, reasoning, ability of working under pressure, structural/project thinking
Experience in working within large projects where you are responsible for certain tasks within the project plan, depending on others and delivering to others in time and quality.
Fluent speaking and writing in German is necessary.
